I have reviewed my graduation status report and high school transcript with my counselor.  I am aware of the classes I need to make-up in order to graduate from Renaissance Academy.  My counselor has advised me to take the above-mentioned classes during summer school.  I understand that once these plans are made I will inform Renaissance Academy in writing with a parent/guardian signature, and return it to the registrars office as soon as possible.
